I want to share something personal that makes me feel vulnerable but I also want to reach beyond myself. COLD & DARK EMBRACE gives voice to something a lot of people have been affected by but might not feel comfortable talking about.

Difficult topics like these are often swept under the rug, as in the sex abuse scandal by USA Gymnastics team doctor. These experiences can have very painful and lasting impacts. Instead of just feeling helpless, in the most beautiful way possible, I turned my pain into beauty by creating COLD & DARK EMBRACE to express & share with the world what this difficult experience looks & feels like for me and how I cope.

I hope that everyone who has been affected by an experience like this & those who love them will feel less alone & also empowered by listening to my song, COLD & DARK EMBRACE. It feels liberating to share. Thank you for listening & supporting
